YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Identifying key contacts and target accounts through prospecting tools or platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).

  • Conducting active outreach through various methods including email, and social media engagement to generate new business leads.

  • Qualify leads based on relevant criteria and ensure alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before passing them to the Sales Team.

  • Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects and Sales Managers.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities within CRM and automation tools.

  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize lead generation strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales Partner and Executive Team to ensure effective follow-up on leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers.

  • Providing support in preparing for business conferences, including managing prospect lists, message chains, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alignment, and post-conference reporting.

  • Working towards extending our potential customers database through continuous research and outreach efforts.

Job requirements

APPLY IF YOU HAVE

  • Minimum 2+ years of successful professional experience in B2B/B2C sales and lead generation.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Excel/ Google spreadsheets. 

  • Excellent verbal (at least B2) and written (C1 level) English skills at C1 level (English speaking Team).

  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Ideal Prospect Profile (IPP), and different buyer personas.

  • Outstanding copywriting and communication skills with a focus on understanding prospects' business challenges.

  • Experience working with various KPIs including win/loss ratio, conversion rate, and sales cycle length.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment with a creative and proactive approach to lead generation.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge or experience, in the eMobility or automotive industry. 

  • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle. 

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

  • Skills in utilizing ChatGPT prompting. 

  • Experience in analyzing large datasets.

  • Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, rules, and best practices.
